SCARY MONSTER MEMORIES
The
second Monster Bash in 1998 featured guests Ray Harryhausen, Forrest
J Ackerman, Ron Chaney, Tom Savini, Elena Verdugo, Gary Don Rhodes,
David "The Rock" Nelson, Conrad Brooks, Monster Bash make-up
artist Ron Chamberlain and many more.
Our events included King Kong's 65th
Birthday Party, talks and displays by Ray Harryhausen and a Sunday tribute
to Lon Chaney Jr. with grandson Ron Chaney! And, there were 8 foot long
ape footprints all through the parking lot...so maybe we had a guest
we didn't think could make it!
